Channel Marketing and Program Manager
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and strategic Channel Marketing and Program Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing channel marketing strategies and programs to drive partner engagement, increase brand visibility, and achieve business goals. The ideal candidate has a strong background in channel marketing, program management, and a proven track record of successfully collaborating with partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute channel marketing strategies to drive partner engagement and achieve revenue goals.
- Collaborate with partners to create joint marketing programs that align with business objectives.
- Design and implement channel incentive programs to motivate and reward partner performance.
- Provide training and support to partners on marketing initiatives, product positioning, and brand guidelines.
- Develop marketing collateral and resources for partners to enhance their marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align channel marketing programs with overall marketing strategies.
- Track and analyze the performance of channel marketing programs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channel marketing activities.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in channel marketing and program management.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and the partner ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving business objectives.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing programs.
- Project management skills to oversee the end-to-end execution of channel marketing initiatives.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
