Inside Sales Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships with potential customers, and driving revenue growth. If you are a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Location: Pune (preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate and qualify leads.
  • Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and present our products/services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with leads through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Provide information about product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate efforts and share market feedback.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
