Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate and qualify leads.
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and present our products/services.
- Build and maintain relationships with leads through effective communication and follow-up.
- Provide information about product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate efforts and share market feedback.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
