Sales Manager – South, Surgical Robotics
Job Description:
We’re hiring a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for our Surgical Robotics solutions in the Southern region. This role involves building and maintaining relationships, identifying business opportunities, and effectively communicating the value of our products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy for the Southern region.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and healthcare professionals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional materials.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the technical support team.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven sales experience in medical devices or surgical robotics.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare and surgical robotics market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Ability to articulate technical features and benefits.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the Southern region.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
