We are searching for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Technology & Projects Lead. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing technology initiatives, managing projects, and driving innovation within the organization. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background, project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to successful project delivery.
Location: Mumbai (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Oversee the development and implementation of technology solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and timelines.
- Manage and allocate resources, including project teams and budgets, to achieve project goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the security and integrity of technology systems.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and senior management.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in technology leadership and project management roles.
- Strong understanding of a variety of technologies, IT systems, and software development processes.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to drive innovation and strategic technology initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving project objectives and timelines.
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
